Michael Simison, MD

Dr. Simison was born and raised in California and later moved to Philadelphia to attend Drexel University College of Medicine. He moved to Iowa for a combined residency training in both psychiatry and family medicine at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Dr. Simison started Corridor Health Care in 2009. Since then he has been busy treating patients throughout Linn county, Johnson county, and surrounding areas. He enjoys working with all psychiatric disorders including substance use disorders. Dr. Simison is licensed to prescribe Suboxone treatment.

Eric Johnson, DO

Dr. Eric Johnson is a 2005 graduate of Des Moines University – College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed his general psychiatry internships and residency at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics (UIHC). He furthered his education with the 2010 completion of the child psychiatry fellowship at UIHC. While at UIHC, he was actively involved in advocacy efforts at the state and national level on behalf of all Iowans with psychiatric disorders. Dr. Johnson remains active in the Iowa Psychiatric Society as a member of the Executive Council. Dr. Johnson has professional interest in evaluating and treating children and adolescents with a broad range of psychiatric disorders.
